Refunds are available within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the account has not been used to create more than 5 links or perform significant API usage. This ensures fair use while allowing new users to evaluate the product.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your registered email and order reference. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• More than 5 links have been created.
• The API was actively used (over 100 calls).
• The request is made after 14 days from purchase.
• The plan was purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a promotion.
